What can I do to prevent a car jacking? What can I do to prevent a kidnapping/abduction?
When do most people do the following:
- Check email?
- Send a Text?
- Check their Social Media Status?
Most people do these things as soon as they leave work, the mall, ATM, the grocery store and go to their vehicle in the parking lot,
After they park and before they exit their vehicle. This is a very bad idea. Listen to today’s episode of The Self Defense Channel, and you’ll soon know why.
Why does this method happen?
- Because it provides an easy target for the bad guy
- They cam have property, cash, phone, valuables, and possibly worse
- They soon will be driving away in your car – their means of escape
- They will have keys to your home.
If you don’t want this to happen to you, then:
- Listen to today’s episode,
- Get Self Defense Training (see our website Blog for specific training to prevent this from happening to you or your family)

The Self Defense Channel is about Reality Based Self Defense Training.
Our goal is to bring awareness to and the differences between martial arts, Hollywood & TV myths, and reality based self defense.
Self defense training is fun. Being in a real world encounter without knowing self defense is something you never want to repeat! I know. I was brutally attacked for 40 minutes in Shanghai, China. After that happened, I vowed I would never let it happen again – to me, to my family, and now I am bringing it to The Self Defense Channel.
