We like to think our Home is Our Castle. It is where we should feel safe and secure. But in today's climate, things are changing daily. In the interest of our listeners, I met with law enforcement and other experts who helped me compile The Self Defense Channel "Home Security Analysis Worksheet" so that our listeners have a blue print on how to make their homes more safe and secure.

Who Needs The Home Security Analysis Worksheet?

  • Home Owners
  • Condos
  • Appartments
  • Dorm Rooms
  • Hotels
  • Businesses

In today's episode, we will share our TOP 5 LIST – what people should do to their homes (or apartments) to enhance their security and safety.

Later, I will be sharing the details of over 100 Tips to make your home more secure, and how you can get your FREE copy of The Self Defense Channel "Home Security Analysis Worksheet" when you listen to this podcast.

As a person who has traveled the world for nearly 35 years, and while staying in hotels more than 180 days per year, I am also an expert on what a person can do to enhance their security when traveling and staying in a hotel. In today's podcast, I will be sharing some of those personal security tips as well.

NOTE: For parents who have children who travel for school breaks, please consider having them listen to The Self Defense Channel episodes so that they can learn from a secondary source that bad people do exist, and that over confidence is not a super power.

So grab your favorite drink, and listen. This Podcast might just Save Your Life!

Reality Based Self Defense?
What is Reality Based Self Defense Training? – CLICK HERE (video)

The Self Defense Channel is about Reality Based Self Defense Training.
Our goal is to bring awareness to Self Defense Training, what works, and the differences between martial arts, Hollywood & TV myths, and reality based self defense.

Reality Based Self defense training is fun. But being in a real world encounter without knowing self defense is something you never want to repeat! I know. I was brutally attacked for 40 minutes in Shanghai, China. After that happened, I vowed I would never let it happen again – to me, to my family, and now I am bringing reality based self defense training to The Self Defense Channel.
